Expert Appraisals for Your Property

Appraisals Services

All appraisal reports strictly adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional

Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

All appraisal services are billed at $175/hour. Unfortunately, we do not offer complimentary valuations. The minimum charge for any appraisal is $250.

We ask that you send an email through our contact page with pictures of the item(s) you’d like us to appraise and a little background information. From there, we can determine if we can complete the appraisal. This will save you time and money!

It is also extremely important to clearly identify the intended use of the appraisal. For example, an Insurance appraisal cannot be used for a Charitable Donation or Valuation as the approach to value and value conclusions are not the same.

TYPES OF APPRAISALS/INTENDED USE

SCOPE OF WORK - what to expect

After the intended use is established, an inspection of property is necessary - schedule an appointment for us to come to you or you are welcome to bring the items to our Alexandria, VA location for photographing and recording technical details. It is our practice to personally inspect the items being appraised, but in some cases, we can work from a good collection of photographs along with being provided technical information (title, date, dimensions etc...) and any other supporting documentation.
